Chris Trueman graduated from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2003, earning dual BFA degrees in Painting and Digital Media. He received his MFA from Claremont Graduate University in 2010. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in both the United States and internationally. His influences include abstract expressionism, op art, graffiti and digital art. His paintings are layered and complex with beautiful surfaces, great depth, exquisite palettes and dynamic movement.
