nathan loda

Nathan Loda  is an American realist oil painter. Nathan received an MFA from George Mason University in 2015 and a BFA in painting from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV in 2011. During his studies, Nathan took numerous trips to Latin America, visiting Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Honduras, and Nicaragua, and studied abroad at the Lamar Dodd School of Art in Cortona, Italy. His work is playful and steeped in American history and landscape. In his current solo show in the gallery, Nathan explores that mystery and magic of landscape with an homage to art history and the Hudson River school of painters.
